Are Pleiospilos Lithops?
Pleiospilos and Lithops are two different genera, belonging to the same family, yes, but different! Therefore, as they belong to the same family, they have some characteristics that make them relatively similar. However, they actually have more differences than similarities.
How do you take care of Pleiospilos?
Pleiospilos nelii should get little water in winter and in summer. Unlike other Pleiospilos species, P. nelii will not flower if it is kept dry in winter. When watering, rather drench the soil and allow the soil to dry out for 2-3 weeks before watering again.
